Rev. Richard Kumi was born on December 7,1978 at Accra-Ghana W/A. Parents are miss. Agnes Inkoom and late Mr. Samuel K. Mensah in 1995, the lord in his divine calling, Richard was called into the ministry as evangelist and prophet. He graduated from Xploits School of evangelism and missionary studies in 1999 and was ordained as a minister of the gospel on march the 30th 2001 by apostolic faith mission international in which he worked as a minister for 8 years before he came to the united states of America. In 2005 Rev. Kumi and Rev. Adu-Wusu by God's direction and with the help of others, A-life Baptist Church was born. Rev. Kwaku Adu-Wusu is the senior pastor and he follows.
Kumi believes the lord has called him first, to reach the un-church people by accepting the lord Jesus as the their personal savior and also to equip and revive the believers who need to be revive because the coming of the lord is near. He is open to any call to minister upon invitation.
Rev. Richard Kumi is single and will be married soon. He wants to fulfill his call as Paul declared that “I have fought a good fight, finish my course and also run my race," 1 Timothy 4:7.
